The park will open for skaters at 12:00 Noon.

**Participants must fill out a waiver and obtain their decal from the Washington Parks & Recreation Department Administrative Office before skating**

Check out www.pcmskatepark.com for a copy of the waiver.

Helmets, knee pads, and elbow pads are required.

Waivers and decals will be available on-site February 2^nd from 11 am - 1 pm.
